Seriously does work - if you search the internet you'll see. It has been used by 'Bushmen' in South Africa for years - its an extract from some kind of cactus plant. It works by suppressing your appetite. You can buy it in Holland and Barrett for £19.99. How long it takes depends on how disciplined you are. Works faster with exercise (which can be substituted with a lot of sex) in combination with a health low-carb diet; cut down on the rice, hard-food, pasta, bread, etc; stick to green veg & fruits. If you like sweets try dried fruit! All the food and exercise will make it work fast as well as how big you are. You can do 6-13lbs in two-weeks!
